Predating the similar 2100 Coral Way Building this 8-story office block features a cast-in-place concrete facade with projecting window bays framing dark ribbons of glass. It is softened with curved corners, deep recesses, and buil-in planters. Elevators run in an exposed shaft on the east side of the building.
